Back in 2023 HIGRA signed a licensing contract with Baker Hughes for promotion of amphibious pumps and turbo-generators in Europe. For this reason, we joined the Baker Hughes event, showcasing an amphibious pump as one of licensed industrial products that contributes to a more sustainable world.

The Baker Hughes’ Annual Meeting is an annual thought leadership forum featuring global energy and industry thought leaders. This year theme was “Energizing Change” addressing how the world of energy is changing, with new demands being placed on both producers and users to address the trilemma of security, sustainability, and affordability. It was held in Florence, Italy, where key Baker Hughes facilities are located.

Baker Hughes is boosting the introduction of the HIGRA products in Europe, which will further expand HIGRA market reach to previously untapped regions, thanks to local infrastructure for sales and after-sales. HIGRA products are also being prepared to meet the requirements for approval in a first-rate market like Europe.

In addition to Europe, visitors from other continents also visited us during the event, taking with them concepts of innovative alternative technologies for their pumping and energy generation systems, which should generate new business opportunities in other regions as well.
